In a sentient way...
We didn't make it to Kirstenbosch Gardens this weekend. So what? They didn't miss us and will still be there come the next warm, still, sun-filled, photography friendly day. Wendy, our skateboarding producer and director of photography, picked these while we were out on Oak Hill yesterday. While we'll keep the flowers, the photograph's for Shelley, leslie, Tamar, meg, Jeneane, Elaine, et al. hardy bloggers and mothers (okay, with exceptions) able to cook and sew, make flowers grow... The hydrangea head is a bit kus but, as Wendy points out, if you look at it closely enough, you'll see the faeries.
